Swolverine reveals its a balanced post-workout alongside its intra-workout

Swolverine Post

Yesterday we featured Swolverine’s Performance Series intra-workout Intra, combining ingredients to support hydration and amino acids to improve muscle recovery. There is one other completely new product for the brand’s advanced selection of sports nutrition supplements, and like Intra, it is named after the window it is intended to be taken with the all-in-one style post-workout Post.

Swolverine Post is a product specifically designed to be taken after your workout to enhance and improve muscle recovery and support muscle building. The supplement is a solid source of nutrition, so it can replace your traditional protein shake, although only if you don’t mind something more balanced. A serving of Post has 13g of protein alongside 15g of carbohydrates, 1.5g of fat, and 120 calories.

Swolverine Post Label

Swolverine transparently lists all of the ingredients providing those macros mentioned, with the protein primarily from pea isolate, and the carbohydrates mostly from premium Carb10. There are several other ingredients in Swolverine’s Post, including superfoods like pomegranate, pineapple juice, and spirulina, as well as coconut water, the digestive enzyme bromelain, and 4g of glutamine.

You don’t get that much nutrition from a serving of Post, although you can obviously combine it with other products to beef things up, whether it’s a scoop of protein powder or some sort of carbohydrate. Like Intra, you can’t purchase Post at the moment; however, you can pre-order it for shipping in December. The price of the supplement is high at $66.99 for a tub of 30 servings in Chocolate Peanut Butter.
