Growing newcomer AlphaLab adds a cost-effective whey-based protein powder

Alphalab Whey Protein

AlphaLab is a brand New Zealand sports nutrition retailer NZ Muscle launched earlier this year with three standalone muscle-building supplements, almost all named after their main ingredients. The house brand debuted with Turkesterone, D-Aspartic Acid, and Smilax, with D-Aspartic being the odd one featuring six other components alongside DAA to boost testosterone and support muscle strength and size.

NZ Muscle and its brand AlphaLab have added some supplements since the launch, including self-explanatory Creatine and Caffeine, and this month it has yet another expansion in Whey Protein. AlphaLab’s latest effort is as straightforward as it sounds, rolling together a blend of whey isolate, concentrate, and hydrolyzed whey for 22g of protein per serving, 3g of carbohydrates, 2.5g of fat, and a calorie count of 140.

As mentioned, AlphaLab Whey Protein is as simple as its name sounds, and it is relatively cost-effective, selling at $49.95 (29.58 USD) for a 1kg bag straight from NZ Muscle itself. The brand is also giving fans and followers plenty of flavors to choose from in Vanilla, Banana, Cookies N’ Cream, Strawberry, and Cafe Mocha, and it’s previewed a chocolate taste named Chocolate Brownie, although that isn’t in stock.
