Winner of the tenth annual Protein Wars showdown announced and crowned

Ryse Wins 2022 Protein Wars

The moment many have been waiting and asking for is here with the winner of the tenth annual Protein Wars protein powder showdown, and it was indeed a showdown. We had a massive total of over 140 supplements competing in this year’s Protein Wars, including several of the past champions, many of them progressing deep into the contest, two of them making it all the way to the semifinals.

For the grand final of the 2022 Protein Wars, it was an all-out battle between reigning champion RYSE Loaded Protein and the incredibly well-established Nitro-Tech from MuscleTech. RYSE did take an early lead, putting some distance between Loaded Protein and Nitro-Tech, although the legacy brand MuscleTech put in a valiant effort to claw back and make for an interesting last couple of days.

Ryse Loaded Protein Wars Winner

After combing through and checking the votes, the protein powder that has come out on top is none other than RYSE’s Loaded Protein, with MuscleTech and Nitro-Tech making for a closer race than the champion had last year against Pro Jym. This does mean RYSE’s Loaded Protein is a back-to-back champion, something only two others have managed to do, although no one has won three.

We have to give a big shoutout and thank you to all of the brands and protein powders that took part in the 2022 Protein Wars, and even more so, the 10s of 1,000s of fans and followers that invested time and voted. The competition wouldn’t be anything without either, and we look forward to doing it again in 2023 and potentially having our first three-time Protein Wars winner or crowning someone new.
