Each serving does provide a bit more than the usual amount of protein at 28g, all from high-quality, fast-absorbing whey isolate, with next to no carbohydrates and fat, and calories of about 120.
Transparent Labs has come out with a larger, and as per usual, more cost-effective size of Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate, tipping the scales at precisely 4lbs. The new option has the same formula as the original 2lb; you simply get more in the tub, and for a slightly better price per serving. The cost of the original Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate size is $59.99, while the almost twice-as-big 4lb comes in at $99.99.
The saving you get isn’t overly large, working out to around 10% cheaper per serving, although you do get substantially fewer flavors to choose from for the value option of Transparent Labs Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate. While the 2lber has one shy of double digits with nine different flavors on its menu, the newly released 4lber has just two in the most traditional tastes; Milk Chocolate and French Vanilla.
