European giant Nutrend has introduced a colorful new pre-workout by the name of Pump, and since the brand already has a few competitors in the category, it’s not too surprising to see that this is not a typical entry. Nutrend’s Pump is stimulant-free, giving fans the ability to stack it with an energizing supplement if they want and the freedom to take it at any time of day without worrying about being kept awake.
The typical pre-workout ingredients and dosages Nutrend has jammed into Pump include 5g of citrulline malate and 2g of glycerol for that title effect of pumps, a gram of tyrosine, 200mg of choline, and 300mg of bacopa for focus, a precise 541mg of taurine, and 3g of beta-alanine to power performance. There are some B vitamins in the mix as well, but where Pump gets genuinely different is its inclusion of KSM-66.
Nutrend Pump comes with half a gram of the premium, proven, and multi-benefit KSM-66 ashwagandha for its ability to enhance vitality and stamina, which are ideal benefits for a workout. KSM-66 is typically used in testosterone boosters, hormone health supplements, and nighttime products; as mentioned, it’s a multi-benefit ingredient shown to support stress, testosterone health, recovery, and more.
KSM-66 ashwagandha has found its way into quite a few pre-workouts recently, but it’s certainly not common and a creative way for Nutrend to separate Pump from its other competitors in the category. The supplement is out now in the brand’s home country of Czechia with 15 maximum servings per tub in four flavors, each individually decorated in its own bright colors with Rainbow, Tropical, Berry Splash, and Bubblegum.
