Finnish functional company Fast is available throughout the country, as well as in some other places across the Scandinavian region, and it’s not just specialty stores; you’ll find Fast in major supermarkets. It doesn’t have a wide variety of products on the market, but the few items that make up its catalog come in an excellent selection of flavors, something that is being expanded next week for the signature Fast Protein Bar.
Fast has announced two intriguing new flavors for its original protein snack to go alongside its already available options, like Strawboffee, Peanut Toffee, and Mint Chocolate. There is Raspberry Cake, featuring a soft main body topped with sweet raspberry wrapped in milk chocolate, then something a bit more unique in Licorice, based on the treat of the same name, with a licorice-tasting body, gooey toffee, and a chocolate outer.
The all-new Raspberry Cake and Licorice flavors of the Fast Protein Bar have the product’s usual 10g of protein, 13g of carbohydrates with just 1.5g of that sugar, 7.6g of fat, and reasonable calories for the size at 149 to 151. As mentioned, the latest flavors of the moderately sized 45g protein bar are rolling out to stores across Finland beginning next week, and with no exclusivity, fans can expect to see them in all of the usual places.
