Strom uses more absorbable OptiZinc in its advanced approach to a ZMA supplement

Strom Sports Zmax

ZMA supplements certainly fall into the area of classic in the sports nutrition space, as many companies out there have them, including the likes of Optimum Nutrition, featuring 30mg of zinc, 450mg of magnesium, and 10.5mg of vitamin B6. Reputable UK company Strom Sports has just added a ZMA product to its family, although as we’ve seen it do in other parts of the industry, it has put a bit of a twist on the traditional formula.

Strom Sports’ ZMA supplement is named ZMAX, which features that usual combination of zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6, although where the twist comes in is the forms of the sources providing those components. A two-capsule serving of the product comes with 800mg of magnesium threonate, 400mg of magnesium bisglycinate, 8mg of vitamin B6 from pyridoxine, and 170mg of the more absorbable OptiZinc providing 30mg of zinc.

Currently, ZMAX is only available for pre-order through Strom Sports’ official online store over at stromsports.com with a price of £22 (27.33 USD) for a rather large bottle of 90 capsules, and at two a serving that works out to 45 servings. While the OptiZinc-fueled supplement is not in stock yet, it won’t be long until it is, as the brand is saying it’ll be shipping pre-orders out to customers in the coming days, Tuesday at the latest.
