Conteh reworks its pre-workout with a few changes in the energy and focus department

Conteh Sports Conviction Elite

Reputable and respectable sports nutrition brand Conteh Sports in the UK has revamped and relaunched its premier pre-workout Conviction, introducing the sequel Conviction Elite. The brand has maintained most of its heavier ingredients and dosages, with only really the energy and focus components being shifted around. A couple of the dropped ingredients have actually been removed by many others in the region, making more sense of the reformulation.

We’ve got the facts panel for Conteh Sports’ updated pre-workout Conviction Elite in the image below, where as mentioned, and you’ll notice, all of the necessarily higher-dosed components supporting benefits like pumps and performance, have remained. That includes a solid 6g of citrulline malate and 2.5g of betaine enhancing muscle pumps, 3.2g of beta-alanine powering performance, and 1.5g of tyrosine to elevate focus.

The formula truly starts shifting around the further down the facts panel you go, with caffeine staying on board at a strong 350mg a serving, and TeaCrine still there but at a 33% higher amount of 200mg versus 150mg. Conteh Sports has completely removed alpha-GPC and hordenine, two ingredients several other competitors have taken out in the UK, and in their places are 200mg each of juglans regia and mucuna pruriens, 600mg of VitaCholine, and 400mg of juniper berry, pusing the mental focus and cognitive side of the experience.

Conteh Sports has mostly switched and swapped around ingredients, keeping the pump and performance drivers intact, and changing up the sensory side, although adding back in to where it’s taken things out. We can imagine Conviction Elite feeling and performing quite similar to its predecessor, and fans can now find out for themselves starting this month, as the sequel is now available direct for the same price as Conviction at £35.99.
