The hardcore side of Swedish Supplements has revamped its stimulant-free pump-powering pre-workout, aptly named Bloody Pump, with one or two other components in there to support benefits outside of pumps. The new and improved version of the product takes a lot of the features from its predecessor and adds to it, specifically on the pump side, as it has actually dropped beta-alanine and added more pump ingredients.
The only components not in Swedish Supplements Bloody Pump pre-workout for pumps are tyrosine at a gram per serving for focus and cognition, and taurine, also included at a gram. The rest of the formula is to improve and enhance muscle pumps, and it doesn’t disappoint with 5g of pure citrulline, a lot more than the original’s 4g of citrulline malate, a gram of GlycerPump glycerol, 400mg of glutathione, 200mg of grape seed, 2g of betaine, and the newly added S7 blend at its usual 50mg.

Swedish Supplements has also added one other premium and proven ingredient to its pump pre-workout Bloody Pump in AstraGin, famously known for its ability to improve the absorption of a formula and, in turn, help your body get more efficacy and results from a product, like Bloody Pump.
Bloody Pump has been on the market for a few years, and fans can expect to see the revamped edition featuring more citrulline and absorption-enhancing AstraGin, replacing and taking its position on shelves slowly but surely. There will undoubtedly already be a few locations stocking the latest from Swedish Supplements in tubs of a rather odd 33 servings, and in the one traditional fruity flavor with Peach Mango.
