The Oh My Series of functional foods from Quamtrax Nutrition is extensive, where the Spanish brand has crafted numerous different snacks, treats, and formats with high-protein, low-calorie, better-for-you twists. There are Oh My spreads, sauces, donuts, protein bars, waffles, and even syrups for those waffles, and joining the growing family of intriguing functional innovations is a cookie, but this isn’t any ordinary protein cookie.
Quamtrax Nutrition’s Oh My Series is welcoming the Oh My Filled Cookie this week, which is a soft and doughy cookie covered in chocolate chips and, in the center of it all, is sweet and smooth caramel filling. The product sounds like quite a treat, and better yet, that delicious description comes with reasonable macros, where a full-size 75g cookie provides 13g of protein, 37g of carbohydrates, 2.6g of that sugar, 8.1g of fat, and 248 calories.
Interestingly, there is a more straightforward Oh My Cookie that has all of those signature cookie features, minus the gooey filling part, and it has slightly better macros with the same size 75g, offering up 19g of protein, 35g of carbohydrates with 3g of that sugar, 7.9g of fat, and 259 calories.
The all-new and promising Oh My Series Oh My Filled Cookie in its Caramel Choco flavor and the Oh My Cookie in Double Chocolate are available this month in Spain and, most likely, surrounding countries soon after.
