Life Pro makes a couple of mouthwatering protein snacks that break into bite-sized pieces

Life Pro Fit Food Break And Snap

Life Pro Nutrition is a blend of sports nutrition, lifestyle, and functional food, offering products in all of those areas and categories, and at a rather balanced level. Functional food isn’t an area the Spanish brand simply dabbles in; it has an extensive selection of better-for-you items, functional innovations, and protein snacks. Fresh off the release of its tasty-looking Creations and Palmeritas, the brand has introduced break-apart foods in Fit Food Break and Fit Food Snap.

Break and Snap are ideal names for Life Pro Nutrition’s latest functional offerings; as mentioned, they are break-apart snacks, providing a good amount of protein in an incredibly tasty-looking format. Fit Food Snap is a bar of about three bite-sized pieces featuring a creamy, flavorful center surrounded by a crispy crust, then covered in milk chocolate as well as squiggles of dark chocolate, all providing 13g of protein, 12g of fat, 6g of carbohydrates, and a calorie count of 204.

As for Life Pro Nutrition’s Fit Food Break, that is a more solid block of chocolate that can be broken into smaller bite-sized pieces, and it’s split into two levels: the base is sweet white chocolate and the top is rich milk chocolate. The nutrition on this is a little denser than Fit Food Snap, with 16g of protein, 18g of fat, and 7.2g of carbohydrates, which is certainly not bad considering how delicious the product looks.

Life Pro Nutrition’s latest functional innovations can be snatched up directly through its online store and individually, too, so you don’t have to invest in an entire box to give it a try. When it comes to flavors, Fit Food Break only comes in the white and milk chocolate split, while Fit Food Snap has a few taste combinations in a hazelnut filling with milk chocolate outer, pistachio covered in dark chocolate, and another hazelnut variety, but all wrapped in bright white chocolate.
