Metalab gives its original protein blend Bridge a classic sweet and salty flavor

Metalab Salted Caramel Bridge

South Africa’s premium sports nutrition brand Metalab has cooked up another flavor for its mainstream-level protein powder Bridge, featuring a blend-style formula, compared to the more premium offering, ISO Bridge, powered entirely by whey isolate. The newest option on the menu of the supplement is a classic sweet and salty experience named Salted Caramel, joining Bridge’s other more traditional tastes like Cookies and Cream, Birthday Cake, and the common pair of Vanilla Bean and Cocoa Chocolate.

Metalab’s Bridge is pretty straightforward when it comes to blend-type protein powders relying mostly on whey concentrate alongside some whey isolate to provide 26g of protein per serving, and that is what you get in the new Salted Caramel. The carbohydrates on the Bridge flavor extension are reasonable sitting at 3g with 1.2g of fat, and a solid 128 calories. Metalab’s latest flavor is available directly from its online store at R699 (38.51 USD) for a tub of 26 servings, with its retail partners also getting stock shortly.
