Live chat feature aimed at making the team at Stack3d even more open and accessible

Stack3d Live Chat In Beta

In our continued effort to stand out, do things differently, and offer the best service we can to the world of sports nutrition and supplements, we’ve made something live that has been in the works for the last couple of weeks. While we have been putting the feature through its paces to make sure it is all up to scratch and in complete working order, it is still in somewhat beta mode as there are always issues that pop up that we may not be able to find from our end although our 10s of 1,000s of visitors can.

If you head to the menu here at stack3d.com, you’ll see a new entry called Live Chat, and it is precisely what it says it is. Once you click the button, a live chat box will appear and give you the ability to chat with someone from the team live. Obviously, we can’t respond every second of every day, as Stack3d is first and foremost a news media platform, but we’ll endeavor to get back to you as quickly as possible and will adjust the description as we trial it over the next few weeks and see how it is received.

Currently, there are operating hours where you simply won’t see the live chat button outside of six in the morning to six at night, but if you start a conversation from a device, you will always be able to return to it. You simply open the menu and hit the live chat button to have the box pop up, although that is just the position the feature is in during its beta phase. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions or feedback on the function, and we look forward to being even more open and accessible to everyone.
