Magnum gets back into the superfood space with Nektr and its 55 fruits and vegetables

Magnum Nektr

Sports nutrition brand Magnum Nutraceuticals has dabbled in the superfood market in the past with its original ingredient-named Greens, but we are going back some time for that. Following the recent release of Ara, a protein powder designed to complement your coffee, the Canadian company is getting back into that space. Revealed and released this week by Magnum is Nektr, a daily superfood supplement offering all of the usual wellness benefits of a product competing in the growing category to maintain good health, support energy metabolism, improve digestion, and provide a good source of vitamins and minerals.

Magnum Nektr clearly outlines and lists each of the groups of ingredients in its formula on the facts panel, including the plant oils, phytonutrients, and extracts, covering the likes of ginseng, milk thistle, astragalus, ginkgo biloba, and papaya. The bulkier greens blends are also broken down much more specifically with the 1.35g Green Food Blend, the 1.27g Sea Vegetables Blend, the Land Vegetable Blend weighing 1.29g, and the Cruciferous Vegetables Blend with broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and kale.

Altogether, Magnum has squeezed about 8g of active ingredients into its superfood supplement Nektr, coming from a total of 55 different fruits and vegetables that is proudly highlighted in marketing material. The catch with greens products is the taste, as they aren’t always the most enjoyable, however, sports nutrition brands have got significantly better these last few years. Magnum has crafted two tastes for its entry into the category with Peach Burst and Pineapple Splash, both of them in stock beginning this week and available for purchase directly through its website at $44.99 (33.42 USD) for a bottle of 30 servings.
