Rule One also includes a BCAA-based amino cocktail in its major rebrand

Rule One Active Bcaa

Rule One has undergone a massive makeover here in the first quarter of the year, and it’s incredibly extensive, applying to every one of the sports nutrition brands’ supplements that aren’t in the highly saturated protein powder category. Among that rebrand, Rule One has introduced a handful of completely new products, one of which we featured last week in Energized Cognition featuring Lutemax 2020 for eye health, nooLVL, TeaCrine, and some caffeine, but in this post here we have Active BCAA.

Active BCAA is one of the few entirely new supplements that’s come with Rule One’s rebrand, and while it is BCAA-based, as per the name, there is a bit more to it. Every serving of the product comes with a typical 5g of BCAAs at the usual 2:1:1 ratio to support muscle recovery and repair. To make Active BCAA that something extra, alongside those three amino acids, is a gram each of citrulline and taurine, 1.5g of glutamine, 350mg of coconut water, and another 350mg of a few other electrolyte sources.

Rule One’s Active BCAA is somewhat of a classic BCAA amino cocktail, and it has a whole host of flavors to choose from, with something for nearly everyone. The menu consists of Golden Gummy, Grape, and a bunch of traditional fruity tastes in Fruit Punch, Blue Raspberry, Watermelon, Peach Mango, and Orange. Over at ruleoneproteins.com you’ll find Active BCAA in stock and available for purchase with the brand’s celebratory 20% still applying, bringing the supplement down to $27.99 for a tub of 30 servings.
