UnbelievaBuns promises a realistic bread bun experience with a lot more protein

Unbelievabuns

Functional foods have always had the potential to be more creative simply due to the various directions and formats that are available to them. This has resulted in some genuinely unforgettable innovations, and here it’s led us to a brand named UnbelievaBuns, which makes one-of-a-kind bread buns. UnbelievaBuns claims its products taste like real soft and fluffy bread buns although this is a functional company we’re talking about, so there is more to it.

UnbelievaBuns differentiates its bread offering by keeping the nutrition in its flagship item being high in protein and low in carbohydrates; far from the balance you get in traditional bread and buns. A single 57g bun from the brand has 17g of protein, right around the typical 20g of protein you get in a 55 to 60g protein bar. Alongside that is 4.5g of fat, 9g of carbohydrates with zero sugar, and only 1.8g of net carbs, and an impressive calorie count of 119.

Those macros are for UnbelievaBuns’ classic round buns, and it does also have longer hot dog-style buns. They are slightly lighter at 46g per piece with a similar nutrition balance, providing 14.5g of protein, 1.5g of net carbohydrates, 3.5g of fat, and an even 100 calories. All of these numbers are great, but the most attractive feature is that they’re said to taste like real bread buns that are low in protein and loaded with carbohydrates, which, if true, makes these even more desirable.

We have not tried UnbelievaBuns personally, so the description of being just like bread buns is what the brand itself is promising. If you’d like to give the brand and its confidently promoted functional food a try, you can grab it directly from its online store at unbelievabuns.com and you may want to get a bundle to save some money. There is a set of two bags of six round buns and a pack of six hot dog-style buns at $30, working out to a reasonable $1.66 per bun.
