G Fuel brings back its Tetris collaboration to celebrate the iconic game’s 40th birthday

G Fuel Unvaults Tetris Blast For 40 Year Anniversary

A few years ago, gaming supplement giant G Fuel launched several flavor collaborations in partnership with the legendary video game Tetris, including Tetris Blast for its gaming supplement and energy drink, and there was also a stick pack box with seven separate flavors, each named after shapes from the game. Tetris Blast was eventually vaulted, where G Fuel discontinued the product and put it away to potentially be brought back at another time, and this week is that time.

Fans of G Fuel as well as Tetris, can once again purchase the Tetris Blast flavor of the gaming supplement Energy Formula, featuring a sweet rainbow candy taste. The product is available in the usual tub of 40 servings at $35.99 over at gfuel.com, and there is actually a reason the flavor collaboration has returned. The temporary unvaulting of G Fuel’s Tetris Blast is in celebration of the video game turning 40, as it was around this time four decades ago when Tetris made its debut.
