BetterBrands makes a better French Roll that has 10g of protein and only 60 calories

Betterbrands Better French Roll

BetterBrand is a bread bakery basically; however, it is far from your traditional bread store once you look a little deeper. While it does offer bagels in a host of different flavors, and buns also in a nice selection of options, everything is actually functional with impressively low carbohydrates and high protein. BetterBrand’s signature Better Bagel packs 26g of protein and just 5g of net carbs per piece, and joining that lineup this week is another bread roll innovation with The Better French Roll.

Like the many other delicious creations under the BetterBrand banner, The Better French Roll is indeed a French Roll, designed to look, taste, and feel like the traditional original, but again, with much better nutrition behind it. The brand’s buns are smaller than its bagels, and that includes the newly released Better French Roll, tipping the scales at 40g a piece and providing a moderate 10g of protein and 15g of carbohydrates, although only 2g are net carbs, a gram of fat, and an incredible 60 calories.

BetterBrand uses a similar set of main ingredients in its Better French Roll with wheat protein isolate, modified wheat starch, and agave fiber, all brought together to recreate the taste and texture of a French Roll without the excess carbohydrates and low protein. You can get your hands on the latest from the bread innovators through its online store at eatbetter.com with three packs of 24 rolls at $36, which is just $1.50 per piece, or save slightly more with four-packs at $45, six at $64, or eight at $79.
