Titanforged Labs puts a balanced formula in its flagship pre-workout Ragnarok

Titan Forged Labs Ragnarok

Titanforged Labs is a newcomer to the sports nutrition industry that has the one star supplement by the name of Ragnarok, and like most fresh new faces to the space, that product is, of course, a stimulant-backed pre-workout. Titanforged and Ragnarok do a good job at covering all of the necessary areas and effects a pre-workout should and then some, as it has an infusion of creatine, specifically concentrated creatine HCl, at 750mg a serving or a full 1.5g in a double serving.

You get over ten different active ingredients in Titanforged Labs’ Ragnarok pre-workout, all of which you will likely be familiar with if you’re a regular user of this sort of supplement. The brand doesn’t explicitly say you can double the serving, although with the caffeine coming in at just over 200mg, there is room for it. The energizing caffeine is split up into 175mg of standard caffeine anhydrous and 50mg of di-caffeine malate, plus 100mg each of theobromine and theanine to further drive energy.

Titan Forged Labs Ragnarok Label

Taking care of performance in Ragnarok, Titanforged Labs has thrown in 3.2g of beta-alanine, pink Himalayan salt as a source of electrolytes, and as mentioned earlier, 750mg of creatine HCl for added strength and power support. The pumps are substantially backed with 6g of straight citrulline, half a gram of agmatine, and a moderate one gram of betaine; then lastly, for an infusion of focus and drive, there is the nootropic mushroom lion’s mane at 250mg and 150mg of citicoline.

The regular serving of Titanforged Labs Ragnarok is solid, but once again, it does leave room to pump up to a double serving, which would take you to around 420mg of caffeine, and drastically juice up the other dosages to the likes of 12g of citrulline, 500mg of lion’s mane, 2g of betaine, and 6.4g of beta-alanine. The branding certainly stands out on the product, and you can get up close and personal with the supplement at titanforgedlabs.com, where 30 serving tubs of Ragnarok are a competitive $34.99.
