MST gets a lot more advanced than usual in its destressing product Relax IQ

Mst Nutrition Relax Iq

European company MST Nutrition typically does simple and straightforward supplements — bulk standalone stuff — but that is not what we have here. The team has revealed and is releasing something called Relax IQ, which centers around one very specific benefit and purpose, and that is helping you relax, unwind, and destress. Supporting all of that is a wide variety of ingredients, far from a lone component, all coming wrapped up in a three-capsule serving to be taken at any time, once a day.

MST Nutrition’s Relax IQ comes with several common ingredients for this sort of thing, or at least this sort of effect, which is usually part of a more comprehensive supplement, like a nootropic or even anti-cortisol concoction. The product includes lemon balm, hops, green tea, 150mg of bacopa, and the star of the show, the extensively proven KSM-66 Ashwagandha at all 600mg. To top it all off, the brand has also included an infusion of AstraGin to improve absorption and enhance efficacy.

Again, we are more used to seeing straightforward supplements from MST Nutrition, but Relax IQ is clearly not that, and it’s a complex product for a rather specialized area of the health and nutrition industry. While the combination of everything is centered around relaxing and destressing, with its variety it should also have a complementing impact on clarity and focus. The supplement is launching this month and is expected to appear on shelves in MST’s local European market shortly.
