Expansion of Muscle House’s line of products continues with a basic fish oil

Wispy Nutrition Omega 3

Muscle House’s brand of supplements, Wispy Nutrition, has come a long way, starting with protein powder and a delicious protein bar. The line now includes several different flavors of both of those items, as well as better-for-you sauce, standalone creatine, a daily essential multivitamin, superfood, pre-workout, and amino cocktail. That family has expanded a bit further this month with Omega-3 Fish Oil, another daily health product that goes perfectly alongside the category-named Multivitamin.

Wispy Nutrition’s Omega-3 Fish Oil is as straightforward as it sounds, with 120 softgels per bottle, and in each of those pills is a gram of fish oil, breaking down into 483mg of EPA and 312mg of DHA, supporting cardiovascular, brain, and general health. With 120 softgels per unit, there is plenty of room to scale the serving, whether that’s a single softgel twice per day, taking you to 2g of fish oil, or the brand’s own recommended serving of three at 3g of fish oil, providing 1.449g of EPA and almost a gram of DHA.

Muscle House and Wispy Nutrition have priced Omega-3 Fish Oil as bare as you’d expect from a standalone omega supplement at 79 DKK (11.11 USD), which is discounted from a regular 119 DKK, and through the reputable Danish retailer, you’ll get it to your door free if your purchase is over 499 DKK.
