Barebells is expanding its small but growing selection of protein bars in Canada, adding two mouthwatering flavors that have been released previously elsewhere. Following the brand’s successful Canadian debut last spring with four of its best-selling options, Barebells is now treating its fanbase in the country to Cookies & Caramel and Birthday Cake. Both of them are for the signature Barebells Protein Bar, which has remained our number-one protein bar in the world for coming up close to a decade.
The Cookies & Caramel protein bar is actually something that ended up on our Stack3d-45 list, being one of the best innovations we saw last year. It follows through on its name of combining the tasty features of Cookies & Cream with its signature salty caramel. As for Birthday Cake, that was initially exclusive to the stores here in the US, and it features a combination of sponge cake, buttercream notes, colorful sprinkles, and white chocolate. Both flavors are amazing, as is everything from the functional food powerhouse Barebells, and you can look forward to seeing them on shelves soon if not already across Canada.
