More ingredients and dosages confirmed for Total War Reloaded with a slightly closer look

Closer Look At Total War Reloaded

Redcon1 rolled out a sneak peek over the weekend for its upcoming pre-workout, Total War Reloaded. It is going to be an alternative to the regular version of Total War, not a replacement, nor will it be a similarly balanced sequel. It sounds as though Total War Reloaded is planning to be a step up from the original, and the formula that we’ve now got a slightly better look at appears to be more comprehensive, offering deeper support for core pre-workout benefits plus a touch of weight management.

Over the weekend, we got a reasonably good look at Redcon1’s all-new Total War Reloaded pre-workout in three flavors with Sour Gummy Blast, Tiger’s Blood, and Icy Blue Lemonade. We also saw confirmation of a couple of key ingredients in 6g of straight citrulline for muscle pumps and a full 5g dosage of creatine monohydrate for strength and performance. We’ve just got a bigger image, allowing for an even closer looking, confirming there is also 250mg of caffeine for energy, 3.3g of beta-alanine to further drive performance and endurance, and 600mg of l-carnitine to enhance metabolism.

The size of a serving of Redcon1’s Total War Reloaded is just shy of 15g, and we’re starting to think it’ll take a double to get those many highlights mentioned, as all of those amounts above, from the 6g of pure citrulline down to the 250mg of caffeine, do total more than 15g. Either way, we definitely feel there is more to see in Redcon1’s upcoming supplement, and are looking forward to how it turns out following the brand’s last addition to the category in the cost-competitive Primetime Pre.
