The former is not an energy drink; it’s more of a functional recovery cocktail with BCAAs, electrolytes, turmeric, vitamins, and more, notably no caffeine, while the latter, FitAid Energy, is essentially an on-the-go stick-pack alternative to the FitAid Energy Drink.
