Rocka returns to protein drinks in Rocka Molk with 23g of protein a bottle

Rocka Molk Protein Shake

Rocka Nutrition in Germany has had a protein shake available in the past, and by past, we mean many years ago, before it made the monumental shift to becoming a plant-based, vegan-friendly only supplement company. The colorful company is getting back into ready-to-drink protein products here, right at the beginning of the New Year, revealing and releasing a cardboard carton packaged offering with the Rocka Molk Protein Drink, and it’s plant-based like the rest of the brand’s line.

The Rocka Molk Protein Drink comes with 23g of protein, just a pinch below the classic protein powder count of 25g, with soy protein and fermented oats as the primary sources of protein, not the more common plant-powered ingredients pea and brown rice protein. The carbohydrates are relatively high at 10g in a 330ml shake, 3g of that sugar, a gram of fiber, 4g of fat, and a calorie count of 170, which isn’t too bad, and you have two tastes to choose from in Chocolate Hazelnut and a traditional Vanilla.

One of the great benefits of European brands that really separates them from those here in the US is the versatility of selling functional items like protein shakes and snacks individually. Rocka Nutrition does precisely that for its all-new Rocka Molk Protein Shake, where you can grab a bulk case of ten or try it out with just a single bottle. The case is the more cost-effective way to go, working out to €2.59 (2.67 USD) each, or grab a unit at a time at the slightly more expensive price of €2.89 (2.98 USD).
