Dynamine and TeaCrine join a host of reliable ingredients in Yummy’s best pre-workout to date

Yummy Sports Fluffy Pre Workout

Yummy Sports, the Canadian supplement company known for its flavor-driven products and marketing, has dabbled in the pre-workout category, not too intensely, but it has been in the hugely popular space with Angry Unicorn and Gorilla Pump. The colorful brand is back in there again with Fluffy and packing its most respectable formula to date. Yummy Sports has stacked the supplement with a host of reliable ingredients and dosages for all of the core pre-workout benefits.

The Fluffy pre-workout from Yummy Sports covers pumps and performance with 6g of straight citrulline, a hefty 2g of agmatine, 3g of arginine, half a gram of taurine, and an extra hit of beta-alanine between a single and double dose at 4.8g. It’s a relatively robust selection of components for those particular benefits, and it is worth noting the arginine is arginine inositol silicate, more commonly seen under the brand name Nitrosigine, although here it is standard, and again, at a hefty 3g a serving.

Moving on to the ingredients responsible for the energy and focus, Yummy Sports has just as much support by way of 2g of tyrosine, 1.2g of choline, half a gram of DMAE, 2g of acetyl-l-carnitine, and, of course, caffeine at a rather typical 300mg. The brand has also thrown in the dynamic duo of Dynamine and TeaCrine from Compound Solutions at 100mg and 200mg, respectively, known for their ability to ramp up and intensify energy and focus alongside caffeine.

As mentioned, Yummy Sports has crafted quite a comprehensive pre-workout in Fluffy, giving you plenty of everything to get the job. It is easily the best supplement for the category we’ve seen from the brand, and the price isn’t too bad considering everything you get, although it is worth highlighting that you get 15 maximum servings a bottle. The direct price of the product is $54.99 (37.33 USD), which, if you scale that up to 20 servings, the value works out to $73.32 (49.80 USD).
