It’s a relatively robust selection of components for those particular benefits, and it is worth noting the arginine is arginine inositol silicate, more commonly seen under the brand name Nitrosigine, although here it is standard, and again, at a hefty 3g a serving.
Moving on to the ingredients responsible for the energy and focus, Yummy Sports has just as much support by way of 2g of tyrosine, 1.2g of choline, half a gram of DMAE, 2g of acetyl-l-carnitine, and, of course, caffeine at a rather typical 300mg. The brand has also thrown in the dynamic duo of Dynamine and TeaCrine from Compound Solutions at 100mg and 200mg, respectively, known for their ability to ramp up and intensify energy and focus alongside caffeine.
