Tiger Fitness highlights a study on HTLT’s Turk Builder that didn’t find changes in muscle growth

Marc Lobliner Reveals Turk Builder Study

Clinical studies aren’t a be-all and end-all in the world of sports nutrition, as they’re never a reflection on what would happen with absolutely every individual and situation in the world, but they are a great insight and indication into certain products. The legendary Marc Lobliner from Tiger Fitness and Ambrosia has shared a study that centers around one particular supplement. It is HTLT’s Uzbekistan-sourced turkesterone product Turk Builder, that is the focus of the study, looking into how effective it is in crucial areas like muscle growth and strength with a reliable and controlled group of people going about their lives.

Marc Lobliner has pieced together an entire video on YouTube that discusses the study on Turk Builder from Greg Doucette’s brand HTLT. The study, presented at the Society for Sports Neuroscience conference in Deerfield, Florida, was a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial involving 24 healthy young males and females over four weeks. Participants took one capsule of Turk Builder or a placebo daily, with no changes to diet or exercise. Measurements included body composition, hand-grip strength, mood, and quality of sleep.

The study’s key findings showed no significant changes in any of the areas measured between the Turk Builder and placebo groups. Marc Lobliner mentions that these results contrast with previous rodent studies and human trials on diabetics or anemic individuals, which were more positive. More research with potentially higher doses and even longer time may yield better results, but for now, it is what it is. If you have found great results with the supplement and continue to do so, definitely keep on it; alternatively, if you’re interested in Turk Builder, the study and Marc Lobliner’s breakdown may be worth a look.
