Protein Works introduces its refreshing dedicated hydration effort Genesis

Protein Works Genesis

Better late than never, as they say, and that has been a common theme with supplement companies rolling out dedicated hydration innovations this year, as over the last two years, it felt like almost every competitor out there did precisely that. The hydration category quickly became as important, if not more so, than the long-running amino space. An electrolyte-filled product is a solid supplement ot have during your workout, and now Protein Works has one named Genesis.

Specialized hydration products don’t need to be complicated, as the goal of them can be achieved by a reliable set of electrolyte sources. That is what Protein Works in the United Kingdom has done in Genesis, bringing together various vitamins and minerals, and providing a combined electrolyte count of around half a gram. It’s a moderate amount but a fair amount to get the job done, and you can always throw in a bit more to sip on before, during, or after your workout.

Protein Works has continued the refreshing hydration benefits of Genesis into the taste of the supplement, launching it in a pair of fruity options. The choices for the innovation are Summer Orange, an obvious citrus experience, and Berry Burst, driven by the always-sweet taste of strawberry. There are 30 servings per bottle of Genesis, and while its regular price is expensive at £31.99, there is a sale right now that brings it down substantially to a more reasonable £22.39.
