Emrald keeps almost everything the same for its ready-to-drink version of Pre Load Black

Emrld Labs Preload Black Rtd

Emrald Labs in Australia has tackled the ready-to-drink pre-workout category, not energy drink, the typically more advanced and complex ready-to-drink pre-workout space. The brand has launched an extension of its previously released and premium Pre Load Black pre-workout, which it has called the Pre Load Black RTD. Usually, things get watered down for a beverage spin-off, but that is not the case in the latest from Emrald Labs.

Everything you get in the original pre-workout powder version of Pre Load Black is in the Pre Load Black RTD, minus one ingredient. The only thing missing is hordenine, which isn’t a lot considering there are 15 other actives in the mix. The dosages haven’t been changed either, with the beta-alanine remaining at 1.66g per bottle, a gram of pure citrulline for pumps, a minimal dose of creatine at 835mg, far from the usual 5,000mg, and slightly less caffeine at 160mg.

Emrald Labs Pre Load Black Label

The only downside to the Pre Load Black RTD is that you can’t double up for a maximum serving. A bottle of the supplement is equal to a single serving of the supplement, although in that situation, if you want more of everything, you can throw down two servings, taking you to 350mg of caffeine, a full 3.2g of beta-alanine, and several other more respectable amounts.

The Pre Load Black RTD is still relatively robust for a ready-to-drink pre-workout, as, again, usually brands water things down when going from a bulk powder to a beverage. Emrald Labs gives its many fans and followers in Australia a respectable solution to have before your workout when you’re looking for convenience. Retailers as well as the brand’s own website are now selling the Pre Load Black spin-off at $64.90 (41.60 USD) for a pack of 12.
