Ambrosia separates its creatine competitor with an infusion of acetic acid

Ambrosia Atlas

Ambrosia has been one of our favorite, go-to supplement companies for a long time, due to its in-depth approach to key categories, and they’re never usually following any trend or popular space. The collective brand has protein powder, pre-workout, hydration, weight loss, and superfood products, but had yet to touch creatine. Atlas is Ambrosia’s entry into the exploding category, and as you’d expect, it is not a standard, straightforward formula.

Atlas combines two performance-supporting ingredients with German-made Creapure creatine monohydrate and acetic acid sourced from apple cider vinegar. Creatine is one of the most studied sports ingredients, known for enhancing strength and muscle power during high-intensity training. Acetic acid supports endurance, muscle recovery, and may aid nutrient uptake, creating quite a synergistic and complementary twist to a creatine supplement.

As mentioned, Ambrosia doesn’t take the standard path to any sort of sports nutrition product, even its pre-workout, Kinetic, differentiates itself. The creatine-based muscle builder, Atlas, with its acetic acid infusion and the premium Creapure creatine monohydrate. The supplement comes with 60 servings, but you’ll need to double those for a full 5g dosage, making it 30, and the price on it does make it on the premium side of things at $34.99.
