Fuelish debuts with a nutritious peanut butter infused with muscle-building creatine

Fuelish Power Peanut Spread

When it comes to functional peanut butter or even just nut butter, there are plenty of them out there, and all of the ones that we know of take the angle of lower sugar or higher protein with alternative ingredients and added protein. The newcomer Fuelish in Sweden is making its debut and will be exclusively competing in the functional peanut butter space, although it has a different approach in mind that’s genuinely one-of-a-kind.

Fuelish has made a product called Power Peanut Spread, and it is higher in protein than your standard nut butter, thanks to its added egg protein. In a 33g serving, the protein comes out at 6.3g, which isn’t all that high compared to traditional peanut butter, with 7.3g of carbohydrates, 14.4g of fat, and 180 calories. What truly makes Fuelish’s Power Peanut Spread is the other functional ingredient that’s been thrown in, the tried and true creatine.

The newcomer has indeed infused its moderate protein peanut butter with creatine monohydrate at 2g per 33g serving, so having two of those each day will get you to a solid 4g without the involvement of any other product. Creatine and its muscle-building benefits have been showing up all over the market in powder, complex formulas, gummies, and drinks, but never have we seen anyone throw it in with peanuts for a functional peanut butter.

There are three flavors of Power Peanut Spread, and they all sound damn delicious in Cookie Carnage, Marshmallow Madness, and Meringue Mayhem. Marketing does make it look like they’re packed full of inclusions, but looking at the ingredient list and actual photos, that does appear to be just for show. Fuelish is now selling the creatine-backed peanut butter directly through its online store at 89kr (9.30 USD) for a 250g jar.
