Similar to its pre-workout Fuse, Hydro + Salt BCAA is a supplement that has been around since the beginning of the premium sports nutrition brand, Podium. The product never tried to be anything beyond its name, featuring a combination of hydration-supporting electrolytes and muscle recovery-enhancing BCAAs. The hydration side brought a little over half a gram of electrolytes to the table, while the aminos were represented by 6g of BCAAs.
Podium recently revealed and released an evolution of its original Fuse pre-workout by way of Fuse 2025, a comprehensive improvement on the previous iteration. The reputable brand has announced that it is making that same move with Hydro + Salt BCAA, with the launch of Hydro + Salt BCAA 2025. Podium has tweaked the formula to simply make it better, keeping the 6g of BCAAs, increasing the sodium from 300 to 500mg, for a total of 925mg of electrolytes, maintaining AstraGin for maximum absorption, and adding betaine for even greater hydration.
Similar to Fuse 2025, Podium’s upcoming Hydro + Salt 2025 is a better intra-workout supplement, offering more hydration than before thanks to the higher hit of electrolytes and added betaine, and the same level of recovery thanks to the BCAAs. The number of servings you get per tub is still 30 and while the product has squeezed 20% more actives into every serving, the price will remain the same at $34.99 in three fruit-based flavors.
