Myprotein makes another gummy supplement with a light infusion of electrolytes

Myprotein Electrolyte Gummies

Myprotein is all over the news this month with a host of innovations across the industry, like a mass gainer for the premium Origin Series, a Hotel Chocolat-flavored protein powder, effervescent tablets for the brand’s Hydrox Series, and authentic collaborations with Marvel Comics. We’ve got one more to share before July comes to a close, with a functional food or edible format with Lemon Sherbet-flavored Electrolyte Gummies.

You could probably guess what Myprotein is doing with Electrolyte Gummies, as it is indeed edible gummy candies in a sweet citrusy Lemon Sherbet flavor, and inside each of those pieces is a variety of electrolytes to support hydration and performance. The brand hasn’t squeezed in a huge amount of electrolytes, but they’re in there nonetheless at a combined 210mg, including 94mg of sodium and 56mg of magnesium.

We can’t seem to find the nutrition of Myprotein’s Electrolyte Gummies on its website, only the electrolytes, although there certainly is some, as the main ingredient of the supplement is sugar, followed by glucose syrup. The innovation is relatively small in size, having just 15 gummies per bottle at £12.49 (16.81 USD), so if you do want to scale up for more gummies to get more electrolytes, there isn’t much room to do so.
