Strike One gets functional in its all-new Dragon Ball Z Protein Bars

Strike One Dragon Ball Z Protein Bars

Chilean health and nutrition brand Strike One is known for its authentically licensed Dragon Ball Z Energy Drinks, which recently received a bit of an upgrade. The band just rolled out four new options for the caffeinated beverage themed around iconic Dragon Ball characters, and one was also Strike One’s first zero-sugar version. In July, the company has expanded again in a very different way with Dragon Ball Z Protein Bars.

Strike One has taken the same approach as its energy drink, with products based around legendary Dragon Ball characters, and applied it to protein bars. The product itself is relatively simple and lean, made with dates, skim milk, crispy protein pieces, soy isolate, maltitol, and various flavoring ingredients. The nutrition profile has a moderate 12g of protein, 17 to 18g of carbohydrates, over half of that sugar, and around 130 calories.

Where the fun comes in is, as mentioned, the Strike One Protein Bars are themed around characters from Dragon Ball Z, each with its own flavor. There is Trunks’ Caramel, Piccolo’s Peanut, Vegeta’s Cranberries, and lastly, Chocolate for the one and only, Goku. It’s another great collaboration from the brand and a fitting extension to its original line of energy drinks, with all of them now in stock direct at $25,990 (26.72 USD) a box.
