Swolverine makes a few tweaks for its new and improved BCAA 2:1:1

Swolverine Revamped Bcaa

The team at Swolverine is currently going through a relaunch of sorts, with the brand itself saying in recent weeks that “The Comeback Is Real”. It involves a host of refreshed formulas, more flavors to choose from, and some slight changes in branding. Swolverine’s original BCAA 2:1:1 is included in the rollout, where the reliable sports nutrition company has tweaked the formula for a wider variety of benefits while staying true to its core.

Swolverine’s renewed BCAA 2:1:1 maintains the blend of branched chain amino acids from the previous iteration with 4g of BCAAs as the title-mentioned 2:1:1 ratio, providing 2g of leucine and a gram each of isoleucine and valine. There is also a gram of glutamine, bringing the total to 5g of aminos per serving. Adding to that is a variety of fruity juice powders and coconut water for greater support for hydration, performance, and recovery.

The changes are small but notable, and you can’t complain when a brand keeps the core points the same and adds to them. That is precisely what Swolverine has done in the 2025 version of BCAA 2:1:1, taking what the original did and making it better. The improved amino cocktail is available through the brand’s online store at a pricey $49.99 in three flavors, and with 60 servings a tub, it gives you room to double up for 8g of BCAAs.
