BSc rolls out an extra functional energy drink in its collaboration with Zappo

Bsc X Zappo Energy Drink

The new Pre Shot and Protein Shot aren’t the only two products that legacy Australian competitor BSc has brought to market this month in partnership with the nostalgic candy company Zappo. The brand has also developed a competitor for the currently very popular business of energy drinks. The innovation is simply named BSc Energy Drink, and again, it is a collaboration with Zappo, with all of its flavors inspired by its traditional chewy candy.

Energy may be the most prominent part of BSc Energy Drink’s name, but there is quite a bit more to it. The beverage provides energy by way of a moderate 113mg of caffeine, with a light 390mg of tyrosine for focus, and 2g of carnitine for metabolism and weight management. There is also 280mg of electrolytes, and a non-transparent 5g blend of amino acids, in the typically pump-powering citrulline, glutamine, BCAAs, a bit more tyrosine, theanine, and taurine.

The core features are caffeine and carnitine for energy, metabolism, and fat-burning support, as it’s a bit difficult to tell how effective the aminos will be without any specific dosages. The BSc Energy Drink is from a supplement company, so the nutrition is guilt-free with no sugar or carbohydrates, and only six calories in any of its three authentic Zappo flavors in Zappo Sour Grape, Zappo Sour Blue Raspberry, and Zappo Sour Strawberry.
