Back in 2023, industry veteran and influencer Supplement Snoop brought out his very own brand and product with MyQ and its debut nootropic, Brain Food. It is a one-capsule-a-day formula designed to support focus, cognition, and general brain health. It’s a daily health supplement dedicated to brain health and function, like a multivitamin for your mind, and now Snoop and MyQ have announced a hybrid follow-on in Brain Food + Electrolytes.
The all-new MyQ Brain Food + Electrolytes starts with a full spectrum of B vitamins, including 16mg of niacin, 1.7mg of B6, 400mcg of active folate, and 2.4mcg of B12 for nerve function, energy metabolism, and cell and brain health. You then have the electrolytes portion of the formula with sodium, chloride, potassium, and magnesium, all from quality sources, to aid hydration and performance at a combined electrolyte count of 405mg
For direct brain and focus support, and a fitting carry on from MyQ’s first supplement, the formula has 100mg of quercetin, 100mg of SunPS-branded phosphatidylserine, and 100mg of NeuroRush coffee fruit extract, to promote brain development and cognitive function. There are a couple of other premium ingredients for even more functionality in 100mg of the potent antioxidant BioSNEDS trans-resveratrol, and 1.5g of iXOS prebiotic for gut health.
Fans of MyQ’s original capsule Brain Food will recognize a lot of those brain health ingredients, as all of those core components have been carried over. Brain Food + Electrolytes is essentially a combination of Brain Food, electrolytes, and iXOS prebiotic fiber, resulting in somewhat of a premium version. The second complex innovation from MyQ will be making its way to market soon, and it is in powder format with a citrusy Sunrise flavor.
