India’s HealthFarm adds to the list of brands combining creatine with HMB

A hybrid, two-ingredient formula is one of the more common approaches to complex creatine when brands look to mix things up and put a bit more than the traditional builder into a supplement. One of those frequent double-ingredient offerings is a blend of creatine and the leucine metabolite HMB, which we’ve seen from Transparent Labs, NutraBio, Nutrify, Animal, SteelFit, and the latest to get in on that concept is the popular Indian brand, HealthFarm.

The simply named Creatine + HMB is the latest sports nutrition innovation from HealthFarm, and true to its name, it features a respectable amount of classic creatine monohydrate at 3g a serving and a gram of HMB. For just a little bit more efficacy, the brand has also tossed in vitamin D3 at 15mcg and to improve absorption, a light 2.5mg of black pepper, all coming together to support muscle strength, growth, performance, and recovery in one product.

HealthFarm’s Creatine + HMB does cost a bit more than your standard standalone creatine, although that is the point with these two-ingredient creatines; you pay a bit more to get a bit more support in creatine’s specialized area of muscle building. The supplement has debuted in three fruity flavors, none of them unflavored, for easier stacking in Strawberry Peach, Pine Mango, and Orange Passion, and for a tub of 60 servings, you’ll pay ₹809 (9.11 USD).
