Pip & Nut is a well-known, mainstream, UK-based peanut butter specialist that has expanded its original theme into several other similar products. The clean and nutritious brand makes almond butter, chocolate peanut butter cups, gourmet nut butters in Chocolate Hazelnut and Sweet & Salty flavors, and peanut butter-stuffed oat bars. The next innovation from the established company is more in our direction with Pip & Nut Protein Bars.
As you can see in the firsthand picture of the product above, Pip & Nut’s higher protein bars are jam-packed with crunchy peanuts and deliciously smooth peanut butter. The brand has also tossed in oats, crispy soy protein pieces, and date syrup to build out a wholesome moderate protein snack for on the go. The nutrition profile isn’t a great calorie ratio with 10g of muscle-building protein, 15g of carbohydrates, 12g of fat, and 217 calories.
We’ve seen a whole host of mainstream companies expand into the health and nutrition sector with added protein products, and that’s precisely what Pip & Nut has done in its peanut-loaded Protein Bar. Again, the nutrition isn’t on par with your typical protein bar, although it’s a great better-for-you alternative, and there are three flavors of it on the market this month in Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate, and Caramel Almond.
