Vegain makes a clear protein drink with its signature plant-based approach

Vegain Surge Clear Protein Drink

Canadian brand Vegain is a complete plant-based, vegan-friendly sports nutrition company, as you could probably tell by the name. It has your typical plant protein powder in V-Power, the self-explanatory Mass Gainer, which also relies entirely on vegan ingredients, and even a clear protein called Surge made with hydrolyzed pea protein. Vegain recently released a Surge spin-off, although it is far from your typical protein drop.

In addition to its Surge clear protein powder, Vegain now has a canned and convenient Surge Clear Protein Drink. Just like the original bulk supplement, the beverage relies on hydrolyzed pea protein to provide its respectable 25g of protein with absolutely no fat, a low 2g of carbohydrates, and 112 calories. It is an incredibly clean, ready-to-drink protein product, and it does it all with the brand sticking to its plant-based promise.

There has been a rise in protein products of all kinds throughout this year, and some of those have been clear-style protein beverages; a few have even been carbonated. Vegain and its Surge Clear Protein Drink are quite different, with that vegan-friendly status, clear-style flavor profile, and a solid 25g of protein per can. You can try the drink for yourself through the brand’s website, where you can get individual cans, packs of four, or a standard case of a dozen in your choice of Mango Pineapple and Summerberry Lemonade flavors.
