Panda greatly improves the taste of its nighttime recovery solution and refines the formula

Panda Sleepy 3

Panda Supplements originally debuted Sleepy as a dedicated nighttime recovery product, designed to support rest and recovery with a blend of sleep and relaxation ingredients. A couple of years ago, the brand revamped the supplement into Sleepy 2.0, keeping the same core purpose but updating areas of the formula. This week, Panda is advancing the product once more with Sleepy 3.0, which carries its own refinements while continuing to prioritize sleep and restoration.

The reformulated Sleepy 3.0 begins with a group of ingredients intended to improve relaxation and sleep onset. This includes 5-HTP at 100mg to support serotonin and melatonin pathways, GABA at 300mg to calm the nervous system, and 200mg of theanine to promote a smoother transition into sleep. Melatonin is also featured at a sizeable 5mg per serving, directly supporting the body’s natural circadian rhythm to improve sleep timing and quality.

Other inclusions in Sleepy 3.0 further reinforce recovery and reduce nighttime disturbances with half a gram of glycine, 200mg each of passionflower, and 500mg of chamomile extract to ease tension and enhance relaxation. Magnesium bisglycinate at 200mg rounds out the mix, helping with muscle relaxation, stress reduction, and overall sleep support. Formula-wise, all of the heavy hitters and playmakers are still there, with the only notable tweak being the removal of kava and the addition of the premium sleep enhancer, Venetron.

The department fans will most notice a change in Panda Supplements Sleepy 3.0 from 2.0 is the taste, as the brand has spent a great deal of time improving that. The effort has resulted in three completely new flavors, replacing the original Honey Lemon with Citrus Mango, Green Apple, and Mixed Berry. The refined and better-tasting sleep product is going live today through pandasupps.com and will cost the same $44.99 for a tub of 30 sleeps.
