Emrald Labs debuts its premium hydration offering Hydration Pro

Emrald Labs Hydration Pro

The hydration category has become its own beast over the last few years, with all sorts of brands getting in on the hugely beneficial approach for supplements backed by a solid set of electrolytes to specifically improve hydration and performance. Emrald Labs already had a bit of that infused into its amino cocktail Amino+ as well as its much simpler Electrolyte+, but this month it has stepped up its game with the much more advanced Hydration Pro.

Emrald Labs Hydration Pro is a premium hydration-specific supplement featuring a respectable 765mg of combined electrolytes, the majority of which comes from sodium and potassium at half a gram and 150mg, respectively. In addition to that core set of components, the brand has included hyaluronic acid and a variety of amino acids with 500mg of taurine, 2g of glutamine, and a classic 5g of the all-important BCAAs at their usual 2:1:1 ratio.

Hydration Pro is not too different from your typical amino acid supplement in terms of approach, as you do get a blend of electrolytes for hydration and amino acids for recovery, although in this situation, the team has put more focus on the former. The product is out now in Emrald Labs’ home country of Australia at a price of $59.90 (38.65 USD) for a tub of 25 servings, well above Electrolyte+, and it’s Hasta Certified, ensuring it is banned substance free.
