Nutrition21 refreshes the name of its muscle protein synthesis enhancer to MyoVera

Velositol Becomes Myovera

Velositol is famously known by the tagline, “Double the power of your protein”, due to its ability to massively affect and enhance muscle protein synthesis. It is a proven ingredient that has been thrown into many protein powders and amino acid supplements throughout the industry for even greater results. There are plenty of products out there that will still have Velositol on their labels, although moving forward, it will have another name.

Nutrition21 has removed Velositol from its website and uploaded information for something called MyoVera. On that newly added page, you’ll notice the description of MyoVera is two forms of chromium and the graphics showing off strength study results are identical to those of Velositol. Nutrition21 doesn’t reference the original on that page at all, but it has the same highlights, benefits, and key components, basically making it a replacement.

You can read more about MyoVera at nutrition21.com, and interestingly, if you visit nutrition21.com/velositol, you will be redirected to MyoVera. As for brands that were looking to incorporate Velositol into an upcoming innovation, you’ll now be using MyoVera with all of the same key ingredients, research, and results.
