Muscle Treats flagship protein cookie adds a rich double chocolate flavor

Midnight Chocolate Muscle Treats Protein Cookie

Forzagen’s sister brand, Muscle Treats, is an edible functional food specialist, hence the name, and its star innovation is the soft and crumbly snack called Protein Cookie. It doesn’t pump up to the traditional 20g of plant-based protein, sitting at 10g per piece, although that usually means it scales up the taste a whole lot more. The carbohydrates fall between 30 and 40g, about a third of that sugar, just over 10g of fat, and the calories are at 250.

Muscle Treats’ Protein Cookie has been around for some time and really added to the success and the Forzagen company as a whole, but we have in headlines this week as the protein snack has finally been given a second flavor. Joining the original classic, Chocolate Chip, is a rich double chocolate extension called Midnight Chocolate, sticking to that same 10g of protein and a mildly lighter 240 calories, and it is available now direct in packs of 3, 6, or 12.
