Japan’s My Routine expands its EAA menu to three with Salty Lychee

My Routine Salty Lychee Eaa

My Routine is not a sports nutrition brand of many categories of supplements; its signature competitor is the LATs Whey Protein Powder, featuring a traditional whey-powered nutrition profile in a mix of common and rare flavor options. The Japanese company doesn’t really get outside of the protein department all that much, with its most prominent offering that’s not any sort of protein powder being the essential amino acid cocktail, EAA.

EAA from My Routine sticks to the script presented in its name, packing a combined 8.9g of all nine EAAs to support muscle recovery and repair. The majority of that is BCAAs at a typical 5g per serving, and up until this week, there were only two flavors to choose from in Pineapple and Mango. My Routine has bumped that list of tastes out to three to close out the year, adding a much more uncommon flavor for aminos in Salty Lychee.
