No Ordinary Water puts 17g of protein in its flagship drink and proudly claims no collagen

Now Protein Water

Ready-to-drink protein supplements have become a lot more popular over the last few years, even more so with the trend of protein soda, where brands have been infusing protein sources with a bubbly beverage rather than flat. Either way you go, the number of products you have to choose from when it comes to quick, convenient, and drinkable protein is shooting through the roof, and newcomer NOW is another name taking on the immense competition.

NOW is short for Not Ordinary Water, and that’s because it has infused its light and refreshing beverage with a complete and quality source of protein to improve muscle growth and enhance recovery. The signature ready-to-drink supplement from the Italy-based brand has 17g of protein per bottle, all from whey, no collagen at all, as NOW proudly calls out on the label. The other macros are just a gram of carbohydrates, practically no sugar, and 72 calories.

One of the key differences with the newcomer, Not Ordinary Water, or NOW for short, is that it’s entirely dedicated to the one category and type of product, at least for the moment. Its flagship, appropriately named Protein Water, is a strong start in its local European market, and it has two flavors available. The ready-to-drink item comes in Tropical and a unique Lime & Peppermint, and you can try it straight from NOW’s website at €29.90 (35.37 USD) a case.
