Top-tasting Ghost Vegan Protein now has as much as 40% more protein per serving

Revamped Ghost Vegan Protein

Ghost was one of the first few trend setters in the plant-based protein powder category, proving that a vegan-friendly source of protein could be enjoyable and that the typical grain earthy base texture could be masked. Ghost Vegan Protein was the product that got things moving for the two-time Brand Of The Year in this space, and it has remained strong since its debut, but for 2026, it is getting some much-deserved love in a fresh new version.

The second iteration of Ghost Vegan Protein goes by the same name and has the same core purpose of providing a lean nutrition profile that’s completely plant-based. The supplement no longer relies on watermelon seed for protein; instead, it has just pea concentrate and pumpkin seed, and like the original, they’re completely transparent. Instead of hiding everything in a blend, Ghost outlines that of its 26g of protein per serving, 21.5g is from pea and 3.5g is pumpkin seed.

Fans of Ghost and Ghost Vegan Protein will quickly realize that 26g of protein per serving, as it is substantially more than the first version’s 20g. The brand has indeed pumped it up to between 26 and 28g, depending on the flavor, and you get the same 28 servings per tub. Many times we see companies increase contents per serving, you end up getting fewer servings, so it’s important to note that Ghost is genuinely giving you more per serving.

We wouldn’t be surprised if Ghost Vegan Protein offers an even better taste this time around, too, as you typically get with reworked and refined supplements, although again, it was already one of the best out there. It is officially launching on Wednesday of next week through the brand’s online store as well as retailers in three of the original flavors in Chocolate Cereal Milk, Peanut Butter Cereal Milk, and an authentic CinnaBon collaboration.
