All Nutrition in Poland has just pumped out a whole host of shot-style supplements, a Shot Series as we’re referring to it, and it consists of not one, two, or three, but an impressive seven different products. Each of the items is named after its many ingredients or purpose, with the exception of one, which is a more complex pre-workout. That advanced offering is Red, bringing together a blend of taurine, citrulline, beta-alanine, and caffeine to drive you through your training.

Getting down to the other four supplements, things are much more straightforward in Vit C with 2g of vitamin C per shot, the hydration-supporting Electrolytes, the comprehensive multivitamin shot Vitamin, and lastly MGB6, with magnesium and vitamin B6.
