NG Nutrition steps into the sleep aid space with its AstraGin-backed Nightaid

Ng Nutrition Nightaid

We may have only just featured Sweden’s NG Nutrition for the first time with its second-ever flavor for its stimulant-free pre-workout Puump, but we’ve already got it back in headlines with news of a completely new supplement. Coming very soon from the growing brand is Nightaid, a sleep support product, which is a category that doesn’t get too intricate internationally, as there aren’t as many ingredients to play with compared to here in the US.

NG Nutrition does a good job at bringing together everything it can in Nightaid to help you get a better night’s sleep for maximum recovery and performance the next day in the gym. The key components in this one are a solid half a gram of tryptophan, 650mg of one of our favorites, GABA, calming theanine, zinc, magnesium, and lemon balm. There is also a gram of glutamine as well as AstraGin to maximize absorption of the formula.

Nightaid wraps up all of its ingredients in a flavored powder format, with one option to choose from to start in Cloudy Berries. It is also worth noting those numbers above are based on a single serving, and with 40 per tub, there is room to double up and still get a month’s supply when using it on weekdays. NG Nutrition is stepping into a new category with Nightaid, which is always appreciated by fans looking to get more day-to-day support.
