Protein Rex in Russia has just rolled out a whole bunch of functional beverages, all in a similar sort of shape and size, but each with its own active ingredients and benefits. The specific names of the innovations outline exactly what you get inside, which isn’t anything overly complex or innovative. The main attraction is that they come in single-serving bottles with convenient pop-open sip lids, to lift, consume, and close.
The rather sizeable drop starts with Isotonic, an electrolyte-based beverage to support hydration and performance, then you have L-Carnitine, a raspberry-flavored drink featuring 2.5g of metabolism-enhancing carnitine. Next is BCAA, driven by a solid 6g of the all-important BCAAs to improve recovery, and finally, the multivitamin beverage, Vitamin. They each only come in one individual flavor, and they’re all sugar-free.
All four of those drinks are available now through Protein Rex’s growing number of retailers, ranging in price depending on which of the functional beverages you choose, although they all sit between ₽700 (9.13 USD) to ₽800 for a pack of six.
